Staying at the conference hotel not only enhances your experience but also helps us meet our room booking commitments. Our contract with the hotel guarantees a specific number of rooms will be used each night to secure the discounted rate. If we do not meet this commitment, the hotel gets paid anyway, and the conference will incur significant costs for the unfilled rooms.
